If you haven’t heard about ManWhole.com teaming up with The Art of Charm then you are behind the curve, and I suggest you play a little catch-up by reading this. It’s ok, we’ll wait for you…
We were able to contact charmer Jordan Harbinger and ask him a few tough questions about The Art of Charm and some of their experiences in the business. Jordan was a trooper, and was nice enough to take time out of his day to answer our questions.
ManWhole: First question, and this might be more just for our knowledge and self-esteem, but why did you contact ManWhole.com?
Jordan: We contacted ManWhole because we see the need to expand the reach of the show, and also because we feel that sites like ManWhole.com do a lot to enrich the lives of guys in our demographic.
ManWhole: What are your hopes for reaching out to this website?
Jordan: We’re hoping for a long-term partnership with a successful, up-and-coming online men’s resource.
ManWhole: (blushing) We look forward to it. So how did you guys get connected with the Today Show?
Jordan: Well, the SiriusXM public relations department got us the Today Show.
ManWhole: For those readers who aren’t familiar with your business, you do quite a bit of field work where you take your clients out on the streets for exercises. While on the streets, what was the craziest/funniest experience you witnessed?
Jordan: The craziest experience we remember is when we had huge groups of girls following our clients around and basically trying to steal them home before their field nights were finished. We literally had to ’shake’ separate groups of girls who were getting in the way of teaching attraction because they were so eager to pull our guys into bed. Needless to say, almost everyone was late to class the next morning.

ManWhole: Any more out of the ordinary?
Jordan: Other stories involve our guys on the street doing exercises and being offered jobs at top Wall Street firms because some executive they stopped in the financial district (where we were headquartered until recently) admired their perseverance. In fact, one of our guys was offered an internship at Goldman Sachs by a high-level executive who later called me for a reference. THAT was surprising, since I used to work on Wall Street and know what it must take to impress someone at a firm like Goldman Sachs.
ManWhole: What was the biggest dud-to-stud turnaround you have been a part of?
Jordan: We see enormous transformations all the time, but some shine through a bit more than others. Mostly, it’s the guys from overseas (Asians/Europeans) who come through shy. They just need social permission and some pushing in field along with the classwork and they really take off. We had a Chinese kid in here about a year ago who is a superstar now. He’s gotten a promotion, moved to Los Angeles, and goes out several nights a week, with tons of girls. When he came in he was an introverted geek who was straight out of an after-school special. Like I said, we see similar transformations on the regular. Some honorable mentions: One client lost over 100 lbs, negotiated a new job where he travels the world and works remotely while searching the globe for the hottest girls. He credits The Art of Charm for this. We also have a lot of clients report that their depression and/or social anxiety has subsided after taking the program.
ManWhole: When did The Art of Charm become a traveling school? And how have you been received in other places other than NYC?
Jordan: The Art of Charm travels regularly, and has since the beginning. We go where there’s enough program demand, and that, so far, has included programs all over the US & Europe. Our fan-base is worldwide, and we have thousands of listeners outside North America, and in fact on every continent, including Antarctica. Apparently some of the science staff at a research station up there listens to PickUp Podcast because they find it entertaining.
ManWhole: Either that, or they are working on their game to pull some ladies back to their igloo. Jordan, thank you very much for your time.
